What inspired you to join TRG, and what excites you most about your new role?
I’ve been watching TRG develop as a new company and decided it was the time to join, what excited me about my new role is that I get to be part of something that I see will be successful and help develop it.
Can you share a bit about your professional background and experience in the industry?
I have worked in the tyre industry for over 10 years. I have worked on numerous sites across the Pilbara and Goldfields. I’ve worked on a range of different wheels from 24 inches to 63 inches.
What motivated you to pursue a career in OTR Tyre Management?
The opportunity to work on different types of equipment and have a flexible mining lifestyle.
What do you hope to achieve or accomplish during your time with TRG?
I am working to upskill myself, to achieve my goal of working in a supervisor and managerial role.
Can you describe a project or achievement from your previous experience that you’re particularly proud of?
An achievement I’m proud of is watching one of my close mates onboard into the tyre industry and become successful.
How do you plan to collaborate with your new colleagues and team members at TRG?
Open communication and training.
What do you hope to learn or develop professionally while working at TRG?
To develop leadership skills and become a more integral member of TRG.
